Fact: I love commission work! It's too much fun to get to know a client and create something special for them that is unique, one of a kind and entirely their own. Over the past few months I've been so fortunate to work with so many lovely people. Here are a few exciting examples...

Erin, from the sunniest of states, FL, was just a peach to work with! She was looking for anniversary gifts and I was more than happy to oblige! Below is one of the pieces I created for her.

Next up is Briana, from MD and Recipe for a Beautiful Life (her blog is a must-read). She wanted to create something special from her wedding day. Her wedding photographs came from Amy Raab Photography and the originals were amazing to work off of (Amy's very talented and Briana was such a gorgeous bride!). It was a great experience creating these keepsakes for Briana and her husband.

Erin, also from MD and Let the Tide Pull Your Dreams Ashore, and I worked on some custom pieces for her blog! They all turned out so great, it was tough picking one to display here. It was such treat to work with her and I'm so thankful for her support!

Stephen, MD, and his beau recently got engaged and were in need of something for their save the dates which resulted in this adorable piece! I'm so flattered to be a part of their nuptials in this special way (it's also very fitting, seeing as Stephen and I met in Design class sophomore year of college!).

Commissioned designs can be great for remembering a favorite house, moment or even a pet! Additionally, I'm fond of donating "faceless portrait" packages to silent auctions and other fundraising events (I'm looking forward to being involved in an event called "Bowties and Belles" that benefits the Campagna Center of Alexandria, VA in May!).
