A Perfect Parfait

I don't know about you but I am really looking forward to watching this weekend's royal nuptials!  I'm going over to my bestie's house at the crack of dawn armed with Pimm's No. 1 and this Strawberry Parfait that I found on the internet!  Apparently, it's creator is a former palace chef - so you know it's going to be good!  Stay posted on IG stories for a play by play Friday!  Is anyone else planning on watching the royal wedding live?
